I've been asked quite a bit about what a family should wear for family pictures. So, I've decided to start doing weekly family outfit examples. Example 1:

I've also put together a few quick tips:
1. You have to feel comfortable! Not necessarily pajamas, cuddle up with a blanket, and read a good book comfy...but don't try to fake it.
2. Don't be too matchy-matchy (unless that happens to be what you like and what you want, then by all means go for it!). As long as the colors don't clash and there aren't too many patterns, you should be good to go. Remember, you want the focus to be on your family, not the clothes!
And...that's pretty much it! Be yourself and have fun! There aren't any rules-it's your family and they are your pictures.
